Can you help me understand this girl?

I have a very attractive coworker who has been either run hot or cold with me. One minute I believe she likes me a lot but whenever I try to get close to her she runs cold to the point of freezing. We don’t communicate alot in the office, but I have had moments where she has complimented me, touched my hair, and asked me a question or two about me. About two weeks ago she stood at the door of an office I was in, basically blushing and smiling at me. I won’t lie I am very very attracted to her, but haven’t made a move because I am attached. Last week when I thought it was all dead and buried, where we hadn’t spoken in a couple of days, she sought me out in a lab as soon as she came in, complimented me on my clothing, then we spoke briefly and then she hugged me when I told her some good personal news. Yet I am still no closer to her than before. I don’t understand her at all. Either she does or she doesn’t. This coworker is driving me nuts. Can anyone help me out?

Its important too make sense of her body language and the way she has acted in front of you before you jepodise being hurt or humiliated. If i where you i would identify the fact she does like you though as you are at work she hasent acted upon those feelings, Perhaps you should invite her and a few other coworkers out for drinks then position yourself near her then in the non work enviroment act on your feelings for her. Im sure she will be surprised you feel this way as men can be very hard to understand espiciallly when your in such a refined area like a work place. goodluck if it dosent go too plan be thankful that you acted on your heart.
